What's New in ConsultPro

The mobile app gets a ground-up redesign. A new design-system foundation brings a cleaner, faster, more premium experience to the iOS and Android apps for hospital teams and visiting consultants.

Collaboration & Network is live. A verified directory lets hospitals and consultants discover each other, send and manage collaboration requests, and turn connections into referrals, all consent-based and tenant-isolated.

CME & Events arrives. Verified hospitals and consultants can now host accredited CME, conferences, and webinars on ConsultPro, with public landing pages, registrations, and certificates handled end to end.

WhatsApp goes direct. ConsultPro now connects straight to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, so visit, billing, and payment alerts are delivered first-party, with no third-party messaging provider in between.

Account termination and restore arrive. Admins can terminate a user and later restore them from a "Recently terminated" panel within the retention window, preserving history and visit records throughout.
