Yes. With multi-account login, the same email and password can be linked to multiple hospitals. After signing in you simply pick the organisation you want, and an account switcher in the sidebar lets you move between them without logging out. Each switch issues a fresh secure session.

From the Consultants section, send an invitation by entering the consultant’s email. They receive a link to set their password and are then guided through an onboarding checklist covering their profile, fee mapping, and notification preferences. The consultant is active the moment they finish onboarding.

It also includes CME & Events for hosting accredited education, and a Collaboration network for discovering peers and growing referrals.

Each hospital operates in a completely isolated tenant with its own data, users, and settings. No cross-tenant data access is possible. SuperAdmin can view aggregated metrics but not individual patient or billing data.

Yes. You can export all your data (visits, billing, payments, TDS records) in CSV format at any time. We believe your data belongs to you and support full portability.

Yes. We use bank-grade encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud servers in India with regular security audits and automated backups.

Only authorized users within your organization. ConsultPro uses role-based access control: Admins, Accountants, and Consultants each see only what they need. Multi-tenant isolation ensures no cross-hospital data leakage.

Open Settings → Security and turn on two-factor authentication. You will scan a QR code with an authenticator app and confirm a one-time code to finish setup. After that, ConsultPro asks for a 2FA code at each login, adding a strong second layer of protection to your hospital data.

To protect against unauthorised access, your account is temporarily locked after 5 failed login attempts within a 30-minute window. You can either wait for the window to pass or use the "Forgot password" link to reset your password immediately and regain access.

When your trial ends, your account enters a read-only state. All your data is preserved for 30 days. Simply choose a subscription plan to restore full access instantly. No data is ever lost during the transition.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to additional features. Plan changes are prorated so you only pay for what you use.

Each subscription tier includes a set number of platform users and managed consultant seats. Platform users are people who log in to your hospital workspace, while managed seats cover consultants whose accounts you administer. When you reach a cap, ConsultPro prompts you to upgrade so billing always stays predictable.

Yes. The verified network directory and collaboration requests are available to every tenant as part of the platform, so you can discover peers and grow referrals at no extra cost.

You can connect your own WhatsApp Business account at no platform fee, or use the shared ConsultPro number on a small monthly plan. WhatsApp is delivered directly over the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, and Meta’s own per-conversation charges apply either way.

Yes. ConsultPro automatically calculates TDS at 10% under Section 194J on every professional fee payment to consultants. It tracks deductions, generates challans, and provides data for quarterly returns.

ConsultPro generates all the data needed for quarterly TDS returns (Form 26Q). While it does not file returns directly, it provides downloadable reports in the format required by TRACES.
